Argentine Congress on Embedded Systems

The next Argentine Congress on Embedded Systems CASE2026 will be held on August 6 and 7, 2026 at the San Rafael Regional Faculty, National Technological University, San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina.

Information for attendees

Attendance at CASE is completely free with prior registration. Oral presentations of featured papers and poster sessions for all papers are included. These sessions offer the perfect opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and knowledge.

Papers are accepted in the following formats: Article, Technology Forum, and Report (more information). Papers submitted to CASE will undergo a double-blind peer review process, including revision and resubmission.

Papers accepted at CASE will be published in the Conference Proceedings (with a registered ISBN) and on the event website.

Papers accepted in the “Article” category will be invited to submit an expanded version to a Special Issue of the IEEE Embedded Systems Letters journal. Papers accepted in both the “Article” and “Technology Forum” categories will be invited to submit an expanded version of their work to the journal Elektron.

The conference is held in person; however, virtual participation is permitted (more information). Selected papers will be presented in oral sessions in 15-minute talks, followed by 5 minutes for questions. Presentations will be given in person during the SASE sessions. All papers will also be presented as posters during the event.

Awards will be given to the best projects as “CASE Outstanding Projects.” Diplomas will be presented at the Closing Ceremony, and the list of winning projects will be published. Only projects submitted IN PERSON at the event will be eligible for this recognition.
